Tavolio connects the floor, kitchen, menu, team, and management workflows that keep a restaurant moving.
Tavolio brings the operational parts of a restaurant together: the dining room, orders, kitchen, menu, staff, settings, reporting, and integrations. It is designed for the moments when a service is moving quickly and your team needs a shared, current picture.
Use it from the web workspace or the Tavolio mobile app. Both experiences connect to the same restaurant data and permissions, so a manager can stay informed without maintaining separate systems.
Keep the floor legible from opening prep through close. The workspace gives your team the context to make fast decisions without losing the history of an order.
See configured tables, availability, occupied and paid states, guest counts, and the current shape of the room.
Create and manage orders with items, modifiers, notes, quantities, discounts, voids, payments, and table moves kept together.
Keep staff responsibilities and order history visible so handoffs between the floor, bar, and kitchen are easier to trust.
Support cash, card, and split payment workflows, with payment and refund actions recorded against the order.
Give the kitchen a focused queue instead of a stream of interruptions. Orders can move through submitted, preparing, ready, and served states, so the floor can see progress and act on it.
Restaurant operations are collaborative, but not every person needs access to every action. Tavolio supports staff administration and role-based permissions so access can match responsibility.
After the rush, turn service activity into a clearer operating picture. Use analytics and reporting to review sales, trends, categories, discounts, payment mix, and the performance questions that matter to your venue.
Accounting export tools help move relevant records into downstream workflows. Fiscalization and receipt capabilities can be configured for supported operating environments, while printer profiles and print routing help connect the digital workspace to the physical restaurant.
Tavolio can provide technical workflows for configuring a venue, sending supported invoice data to a configured fiscalization provider, tracking submission status, and printing or retrieving fiscal receipt information. The service does not decide whether your business or a particular transaction is subject to fiscalization, and it does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, or the Albanian tax authorities.
Important: where applicable law requires a transaction to be documented or fiscalized, that obligation belongs to the restaurant or other taxpayer. Disabling fiscalization, leaving it unconfigured, choosing another system, failing to issue a required receipt, or deciding not to use the feature does not remove or transfer that legal obligation to Tavolio.
A successful request, a stored invoice, a verification link, or a printed document in Tavolio is not by itself a legal opinion or a guarantee of compliance. In this implementation, an invoice is treated as legally valid only when accepted in the production environment by the configured provider. Test and local-sandbox environments are not legally valid production fiscalization.

Tavolio is built around shared state. Realtime updates, caching, notifications, printer agents, and backend services work together so the web workspace and mobile app reflect the same operational system.
Good fit for: restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality teams that want one operational source of truth across front of house, kitchen, and management.
When a question comes up, use the support workspace to send a categorized request with the relevant context. Support covers technical issues, account questions, billing, feature requests, and other product help.
Before going live, define your venue, tables, menu, staff roles, printers, payment workflows, and any local fiscalization settings your operation requires. Test a complete service loop—from order entry through kitchen handoff, payment, and reporting—before relying on the system in a live shift.
